About WealthNSURE

WealthNSURE by WealthClub Insurance Marketing Pvt. Ltd. operates the website https://www.wealthnsure.in to provide consumers with options and an easy way to explore and purchase insurance products from various insurance companies. WealthNSURE is not an insurance company. It is a licensed Insurance Marketing Firm, operating under the authority of the Insurance Regulatory and Development Authority of India (IRDAI).

Our Insurance Marketing Firm (IMF) registration and license details are available upon request and regulated by IRDAI norms.

Important Disclaimer:

Some of the insurance-related information available on the website is supplied by our participating insurance partners. Therefore, there may be occasional inaccuracies over which WealthNSURE has limited or no control. For definitive information about any policy, users are advised to consult directly with our advisors or refer to the policy brochure available on the respective insurer's website.

Insurance is the subject matter of solicitation.

Changes to User Agreement

WealthClub Insurance Marketing Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to modify this agreement at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review this User Agreement periodically. Your continued use of this website following any changes indicates your acknowledgment and agreement to the updated terms.

Responsible Use and Conduct

By using our website and its associated resources and services, you agree to use them only for the purposes intended and as permitted by:

  • The terms of this User Agreement
  • Applicable laws and regulations
  • Generally accepted practices or guidelines

You acknowledge and agree that:

  • You may be required to provide personal information during registration or while accessing certain services
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials
  • Unauthorized access through unconventional, unethical, or automated methods is strictly prohibited
  • You may not reproduce, duplicate, sell, or exploit any part of our resources without express written permission

Premium Collection & Policy Processing

WealthNSURE may share your personal information with insurers if you apply for or express interest in a specific policy via our platform. However, we do not guarantee that the insurer will approve or issue your chosen policy. We also cannot be held liable for delays in processing or receipt of your selected policy.

Important Note:

WealthNSURE only assists in collecting the premium payment instrument on behalf of the insurer you choose to purchase the policy from. It does not itself collect any premium or guarantee the issuance of the policy. Acceptance of your premium and the eventual issuance of your policy are governed entirely by the underwriting and discretion of the insurer. WealthNSURE has no control over this process. In case of policy rejection, we will work with the insurer to ensure any premiums paid are refunded in accordance with the insurer's refund policy.

Open Communication Tools

We may provide users with interactive features such as blogs, comment sections, forums, product reviews, and social media integrations. By posting content, you agree that you will not submit material that:

  • Is unlawful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, harassing, obscene, offensive, misleading, or fraudulent
  • Infringes on the intellectual property rights of any party
  • Contains unauthorized advertising or spam
  • Falsely impersonates any individual or representative of WealthNSURE

All content you submit through public communication tools becomes the property of WealthClub Insurance Marketing Pvt. Ltd., granting us an irrevocable, perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to reproduce, modify, and distribute the content as we deem appropriate.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless WealthClub Insurance Marketing Pvt. Ltd., including its directors, employees, agents, and affiliates, from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and costs (including legal fees) resulting from your violation of this User Agreement, any activity conducted under your account, or your misuse of the platform.

Limitation of Warranties

By using this website, you understand and agree that:

  • All resources and services are provided "as is" and "as available"
  • We do not guarantee that the platform will meet your specific requirements
  • We cannot ensure the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
  • Any content downloaded or accessed is done at your own risk

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall WealthClub Insurance Marketing Pvt. Ltd. be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from your use of our resources. Any claim will be limited to the amount paid (if any) by you for our services.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This website is controlled and operated by WealthClub Insurance Marketing Pvt. Ltd. from its registered office in Gurugram, Haryana, India. By accessing this website, you agree that the laws and statutes of Gurugram, Haryana, India, will govern all matters relating to the use of the site and the services provided. All disputes arising under this agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Gurugram, Haryana, India.
